Greek Island Escapade Small Group Journey

Upon arrival, you will bet met at the airport and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure until you meet your tour host and fellow travelers for a welcome drink and dinner and a short briefing. (D)

After breakfast, join your morning walking tour of Athens and visit some of the most important landmarks and sights of the historical center. See the Greek Parliament, the Monument to the Unknown Soldier, the National Gardens, The Anglican Church of St. Paul, Zappeion Hall, the Temple of Zeus, Hadrian's Arch, the famous Plaka district, and the Acropolis. In the afternoon, consider joining an optional tour to Cape Sounion. (B)

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the port of Piraeus to board your Hydrofoil to Mykonos. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure. (B)

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the Mykonos port to join your half-day excursion to the deserted island of Delos which is one of the most important archaeological sites of the Eastern Mediterranean. Upon return, you will be transferred back to your hotel. (B)

Spend a day at leisure in Mykonos. Enjoy the beautiful beaches of the island or consider joining an optional tour. (B)

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the port to board your ferry to Santorini. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel. Enjoy the unique scenery this island has to offer. (B)

Start your Journey with a stop at Emporio Village. Explore one of the oldest and most authentic traditional villages in Santorini, built like a small labyrinth and visit its medieval fortress. Then visit Akrotiri Excavations, buried and preserved by the volcanic ash of one of the largest volcanic eruptions in human history. Then you will enjoy some free time for lunch (not included) at Perissa beach, one of the longest black sandy beaches of the Cyclades. Then you will enjoy a wine tasting and learn about one of the oldest vineyards in Europe. The tour continues with a visit of Profitis Ilias mountain. At the end of the tour you will have some free time in order to enjoy the legendary sunset at the popular village of Oia. (B)

Today, you will have a free day to explore Santorini on your own. In the evening, enjoy your farewell dinner at a local restaurant near your hotel. (B,D) 

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the Santorini airport for your return flight home. You may wish to extend your holiday on the beautiful island of Paros. (B)
