Punta Cana Escapade

Welcome to Puna Cana! Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. The remainder of the day is at leisure.

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and then spend the day at leisure. Consider taking to the sea in an optional sightseeing tour. Set sail from Miches Bay aboard a comfortable catamaran for a pristine kay in the middle of the sea, while enjoying your favorite open bar drink. On the way, the captain will drop the anchor in an enchanting natural pool of crystal clear water for a swim break. Upon arrival to the beautiful Cayo Levantado, also known as "Bacardi Island," explore the incredible biodiversity of the island with a leisurely walk, visit the Napoleon Bridge, or just rest and relax under the shade of a palm tree with a piña colada or a famous "coco loco” before enjoying a delicious Dominican BBQ lunch on the beach. Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and then spend the day at leisure. Consider an optional sightseeing tour to discover beautiful Samana. The adventure begins on Miches Bay where a catamaran will take you right to the heart of Samana. Then, hop on a safari truck for a delightful sightseeing tour and explore a wonderful tropical garden that hosts more than 100 kinds of exotic plants. Be amazed by the incredible Zumbador Waterfall, take a swim in the lagoon, and enjoy a traditional Caribbean lunch. To finish the day, climb aboard the catamaran to visit Cayo Levantado Island. Visit Santo Domingo's Colonial Zone and historical sites such as the first cathedral in America and the Columbus Lighthouse. Walk on the oldest cobblestone street of the continent, Calle de las Damas, and many other exciting locations of Santo Domingo's modern area. Continue the tour with a visit to the wondrous natural monument, Los Tres Ojos, the name given to a 50-foot open-air limestone cave located in the Mirador del Este Park, where pre-Columbian cultures lived for thousands of years. Later on, find out how hand-rolled cigars are made and then get the chance to buy souvenirs and local products at local prices from the Rum Shack.
