After breakfast, join your English-speaking guide for a Nordic food walkthrough Stockholm! Starting off in the Östermalm area, popularised by the rich and the famous, you will be introduced to the culinary traditions of Swedish food. Richly flavored cheeses, game meats, and beer crowned “The Gold of the North” are all on the menu as you dive into a world of Swedish delights at the high-end Östermalms Market Hall. You will also learn about the crown jewel of the proud Nordic kitchen: the meatball! Enjoy a traditional Swedish lunch before moving on to stroll through the beautiful King’s Garden and Södermalm, voted Vogue’s “third coolest district in the world”. Finish your tour in Stockholm’s Old Town, an area that dates back to the 13th century and consists of medieval alleyways and architecture. Enjoy some traditional candy and sweets before spending the rest of the afternoon at your leisure. Please note that while vegetarian options can be arranged, we cannot arrange a 100% vegan menu due to the variety of the tastings. (B,L)

We recommend a visit to Vasamuseet, a museum containing the massive warship Vasa ; Skansen, a concentrated replica of Sweden’s villages and culture and the world’s first open-air museum; the sprawling Ekoparken, the world’s first national urban park; and Junibacken, an amusement park that recreates the whimsical scenes of Astrid Lindgren’s children's stories.
